Wholesale Policies & Guidelines

Lulu Designs is an artisan jewelry studio rooted in craftsmanship, material integrity, and thoughtful design. Every piece is created by hand, with an emphasis on timeless form, enduring quality, and jewelry meant to be collected and worn for years to come.

Our wholesale policies are designed to support cohesive assortments, meaningful retail partnerships, and the presentation of Lulu Designs as a complete collection rather than individual, one-off pieces. By working with retailers who share this approach, we’re able to protect the integrity of the work, support strong sell-through, and offer thoughtful exclusivity within each market.

Opening Order Minimums

To support a strong and cohesive presentation of our collections, the following opening order minimums apply:

Fine Collection — Opening Order Minimum: $4,000
Bridge Collection — Opening Order Minimum: $2,000
Existing Account Seasonal Minimum: $1,500

These minimums allow our retail partners to showcase Lulu Designs as a collection rather than individual pieces, creating a stronger visual and storytelling impact on the sales floor.

Reorders & Special Orders

We understand that reorders and special client requests don’t always align perfectly with seasonal buying cycles, and we are happy to accommodate special orders in between seasonal orders whenever possible.

If an account has not reordered within a six-month period, future orders will be subject to the $1,500 reorder minimum.

While we are implementing updated minimums, we remain committed to supporting customer requests and maintaining flexibility where possible.

Zip Code Exclusivity

We offer zip code exclusivity to retail partners who meet an annual minimum spend of $6,000.

This ensures that Lulu Designs remains a distinctive and intentional offering within each market and allows us to support our retail partners with confidence and consistency.

Lead Times

Standard lead time: 4–6 weeks

Lead times may vary slightly depending on collection, materials, and production volume. Timing will always be communicated clearly at the time of order.

Payment Policies

Accepted payment methods:

Zelle
ACH transfer

Credit card payments remain available and will incur a 2.5% convenience fee.

This policy helps offset rising operational and material costs and allows us to continue investing in quality craftsmanship and responsible production practices.

Pricing & Metal Market Adjustments

Due to ongoing fluctuations in precious metal markets, pricing on select pieces may be reviewed and adjusted every six months.

We are committed to transparency and will communicate any pricing updates in advance whenever possible.

Faire & Ordering Options

For retailers currently carrying our bridge or fashion collections, ordering through Faire remains a great option—particularly for those who benefit from extended payment terms.

Please note:

Fine jewelry and one-of-a-kind pieces are not available on Faire
Limited-edition and Melee-launched collections are available exclusively through our wholesale website
